The more adventurous can try their hand at via ferrata, while nature lovers will appreciate the peaceful fishing areas.

Walking tours

Starting right from Camping Saint-Martin in Sorèze, several hiking trails in the Tarn invite you to discover varied and unspoilt landscapes. Whether you want a family walk or a challenging hike in the Montagne Noire, you will find routes suitable for all levels, accessible directly from our campsite pitches. After your exertions, there’s nothing like a moment of relaxation in our heated swimming pool to recover from your walk.

Among the must-see attractions, let yourself be seduced by the magnificent Rigole de la Plaine hike, a peaceful, shaded trail that follows the sources of the Canal du Midi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. An ideal route for walkers who want to combine nature and heritage.

For lovers of wide open spaces, hikes in the heart of the Montagne Noire offer exceptional panoramic views, between deep forests, rocky ridges, waterfalls and traditional villages. A perfect playground for experienced hikers and those who enjoy beautiful walks around Sorèze, Revel and Saint-Ferréol.

The bike

Whether you are a road cycling enthusiast, a mountain biking fan in the Montagne Noire, or prefer more leisurely rides, Camping Saint-Martin in Sorèze is an ideal starting point for exploring the region on two wheels. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced cyclist, we can guide you to the best cycling routes in the Tarn, tailored to your level and preferences.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in road cycling (Tuesday or Saturday) or mountain biking (Sunday morning) outings organized by the Sorèze cycling club, the perfect opportunity to ride in a group while enjoying the most beautiful landscapes, without having to worry about the route. Holidaymakers may join in if they wish, but these outings are independent of the campsite and are not supervised. Back at the campsite, you can relax in our swimming pool in the Tarn or refresh yourself at a table in our snack bar.

Thanks to our partner Station Bee’s, located just 200 metres from your rental accommodation, you can hire hybrid bikes, mountain bikes and electric bikes with the latest, reliable and perfectly maintained equipment. Equipment for younger children (trailers, baby seats, etc.) is also available, so that the whole family can go on an outing.

For a fun and independent discovery, audio-guided tours are available, ideal for exploring Sorèze, Revel, Lake Saint-Ferréol and the trails of the Montagne Noire in complete freedom from your motorhome pitch.
