Lake Saint-Ferréol

We look forward to seeing you in a natural setting, at Lac de Saint-Ferréol. From nature walks to lazy beaches and water sports, Lac de Saint-Ferréol has something for everyone.

You can sit down at the picnic tables to share a moment of conviviality.

During the summer season, swimming is supervised by lifeguards.

Numerous water sports are available. In addition, on Lake Saint-Ferréol, you can fish for pikeperch, perch and carp.

To the north

Castres is worth a visit, with its houses on the River Agout and its bishop’s palace garden.

Day trip: between sea and mountains

The strategic location of our campsite in Sorèze allows you to enjoy a variety of activities. Setting off early in the morning from your campsite pitch or comfortable mobile home, you can easily explore some of the region’s iconic destinations in a day:

  • Seaside: In about an hour and a half, you can reach the vast beaches of the Mediterranean. Whether you prefer the wild charm of Gruissan and Leucate, or the liveliness of Valras-Plage, Le Barcarès and Agde, this is the perfect opportunity for a seaside break before returning to the calm of Sorèze in the evening.
  • Mountain side: Head for the Pyrenees for a day of high altitudes and spectacular scenery. This is an ideal alternative to the Montagne Noire trails for those who enjoy mountain peaks.
  • Horizon International: Fancy a complete change of scenery? Spain and the Principality of Andorra are within easy reach for a day of shopping or cultural discoveries.

To best prepare for these long journeys, feel free to ask the snack bar team for route advice. Upon your return, a relaxing session in our heated swimming pool will be the perfect way to end your day of exploration.
